Salumeria della Musica
An industrial archaeology building used for goldsmithing production has been transformed into a public performance venue for live jazz and pop music concerts through skillful retrofitting of the already converted structure.
Soundproofing of the stage area with sound-absorbing acoustic panels composed of polyurethane and lead behind between gasbeton and brick walls for acoustic insulation on the walls and a wooden beadboard ceiling on 12m fir beams arranged in a pattern, allowed large concerts of international and Italian music to take place.
Structural reinforcement with truss beams, fire protection systems, epoxy resin floors to provide moisture insulation from the floor slab on the ground floor
