The Milan headquarters of the historic international film production and distribution giant was partially used and inadequate for the company's new needs. The conversion to a meeting room with large projection screens of an old, now unusable cinema in the basement rooms became possible with the use of state-of-the-art technology for high-speed connections.
The tall oval concrete staircase connecting with the upper floor, intended for open-plan offices designed with partition furniture/bookshelves on wheels to make the rooms modifiable based on different needs, was made scenic through the creation of overhanging plasterboard pilasters behind which long LED bars were placed and in front of which images of the film company's greatest hits were placed.
Some old film reels (“pizzas” in movie parlance), which were used to wrap the films of movies, have been converted back into low-power lamps with the use of stripled. The final effect is particularly striking for both film lovers and lovers of beauty.
