A few square meters facing the street were to be transformed into a showroom for an innovative design and fashion display studio in the heart of Milan's Garibaldi, the so called Isola.
The presence of an old chimney on one wall and a fireplace on the other, both of which are no longer functioning, have been transformed into a source of decorative and scenic lighting.
The old floor now beyond repair due to damage over the years was treated by restorer Marina Miroglio with overlapping resin tiles in complementary warm and cool colors.
